Barehand vs Staff

We get 2-3 sequences checked each week to practice performing in front of others, get corrections, and keep up with all of the sequences we’ve learned. I haven’t practiced Barehand vs Staff (空手對棍 Kōng Shǒu Duì Gùn) since I started training here so I wanted to get back into it and get corrections. It’s a White Crane sequence that’s 20 seconds of the barehand side wondering if he/she will survive.

Here’s how it looks at the moment:

There’s still a lot to polish and Dr. Yang said we’re slow compared to how they used to do it (as expected), but it’s not a bad start.
