Short Weapon Fundamentals

Tumbling (for kids and teens ages 8 & up)
Tuesdays, Dec. 30, 2014 and/or Jan. 13, 2015 (Attend ONE or BOTH!)

Basic tumbling drills will be introduced for martial arts use.  These fun exercises will aid in improving body coordination as well as better one’s body awareness and control.  The practice of tumbling for martial arts can be very useful, especially when students begin learning more take-down techniques.
