Chai Tea

Christine’s Chai Recipe

Serves: 4
Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom
  • ½ tsp ground cloves
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 2 ½ cups almond milk* or milk
  • 4-5 tea bags black tea

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients on low heat.
  2. Just before boiling, add tea bags and turn off heat. Let steep for at least 5 minutes.

*I used Silk Almond Milk. Silk Soy Milk didn’t taste so good but maybe other brands taste better.
